I took this photo of my dog, Lucy, on the day I got my new camera. It was nice and sunny outside and my dog was just sitting in the yard. I was messing around with the camera and just simply snapped a photo of her. When I brought it into class and worked with it in Photoshop, I noticed that it turned out really well. I adjusted the levels, brightness and contrast, and I also darkened the grass to make her pop a little more. I really like the way the color came out in her fur and the way she seems calm and relaxed in the grass.
